PRODUCT

What type of printing process do you use?

All our products are reproductions of original watercolor paintings and hand-written calligraphy. To get accurate and crisp images, we use a high quality scanner at 600dpi, and a high-end printer with archival ink which is long-lasting.  

What type of paper do you use?

We use high quality art paper. 

  • Art Prints : Museum grade cotton paper (315gsm), acid-free, natural white tone paper
  • Greeting Cards : Classic white solid cardstock (270gsm)

 

 SHIPPING

 What does shipping cost?

 We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $50. 

 Domestic Shipping  

  • Standard: 3-7 business days  $3.5 flat rate
  • Expedited: 1-3 business days  $25 flat rate (up to 1lb), $40 flat rate (1-5lb)

How long does shipping take?

Every order will be shipped in 1-3 business days of purchase. Domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days after your order is sent out. Please note that there might be a delay depending on the carrier's situation(i.e. Holidays, COVID-19). If your order is time-sensitive, please consider expedited shipping when you check out. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently don’t do international shipping until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Please allow for 24hrs for the link to activate. For international shipping ,once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@rabbitbrush-studio.com and we will do our best to help.

What if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, we will refund your order or replace it with no additional cost. Please send us a photo of the damage at info@rabbitbrush-studio.com within 14 days from receiving the product.

What if my order gets lost?

If your order gets lost in the mail, we will ship out a replacement (or issue a refund) at no additional cost. Please contact us at info@rabbitbrush-studio.com

 

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept direct payments through PayPal, Google Play, Shop pay and Apple Pay.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we do. Please contact us to get information about wholesale purchases at info@rabbitbrush-studio.com

 

Do you create custom artwork ?

We are not taking custom commissions at this time. However we are considering it for the future. If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, please sign-up for our newsletter.
